Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Advanced Electrician to join Guinness Property, delivering responsive repairs to resident homes across allocated areas. You will undertake domestic and commercial electrical works, perform testing, installations and maintenance, and work to strict safety and recording procedures.

This permanent role offers a 40-hour week, with a rota for evenings and Saturdays, and included out-of-hours payment.

Qualifications

• IET EAS recognised core electrical competence (C&G 2365) or equivalent.
• IET EAS recognised Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
• IET EAS recognised initial verification and testing (C&G 2391-52).

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive electrical repairs in domestic and commercial settings.
• Perform testing, installation and maintenance up to 230V/415V.
• Complete certifications and accurately record data per procedures.
• Work in a customer-focused environment and on a rota including out-of-hours payments.
