The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Advanced Electrician to join our Empty Homes Team covering Leeds and surrounding areas. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, 8am–7pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning on a rota.
An out-of-hours callout rota with additional pay applies, and you must live near Leeds to access residents. You will hold certificated electrician qualifications, with experience in domestic and commercial electrical works and be adept at testing, recording

We are looking for an Advanced Electrician to join our Empty Homes Team covering Leeds, Barnsley, Doncaster, Harrogate, Wakefield & the surrounding area. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment.
To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live near the Leeds area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
