SuperCare Residential is hiring a Residential Support Worker for a children’s home rated Good by Ofsted. The role offers hourly pay of £13.82–£17.29, with day or waking night shifts and permanent employment.

You'll become a consistent, trusted adult supporting young people with high and complex support needs.
The home supports young people with needs including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, OCD, Pica, communication difficulties and behaviours that can challenge.
Some young people may have limited awareness of risk and boundaries, require a high level of staffing support, and rely heavily on predictable routines and consistent approaches from the adults around them.
You may also support young people who are non-verbal or low-verbal, using methods such as PECS, Makaton, AAC, behaviour and body language to communicate.
You will need to remain calm, patient and consistent while helping young people regulate and maintain safety.
