Job summary

Service Care Solutions are recruiting two Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join a Leeds-based healthcare provider on a permanent, on-site basis. The roles involve working across GP Surgeries and Urgent Care Services with flexible shifts.

You will assess and manage patients of all ages, provide independent clinical decision-making, prescribe within scope, and contribute to clinical audits and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified ANP/ACP/ENP with experience in minor injuries, urgent care or acute settings.
• Ability to work independently across primary and urgent care environments.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients across primary and urgent care.
• Prioritise, diagnose, treat, refer and discharge within scope.
• Provide consultations face-to-face, by telephone or home visit as required.
• Prescribe safely within current legislation and PD directions.
• Lead, mentor and support trainee ACPs and staff in clinics.
