The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a trained or trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their General Surgery department. You'll become a key member of our North Devon Comprehensive Hernia Service - the largest abdominal wall service in the South of England. We receive complex referrals from across the South West and beyond, offering exposure to a wide range of challenging and rewarding clinical scenarios.
You'll join a well-established team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners embedded within the General Surgery and Complex Hernia teams, working collaboratively across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
We actively encourage engagement in research, service development, and quality improvement, with opportunities to contribute to academic publications, data collection, and collaborative projects. Interest in prehabilitation and innovation in surgical care delivery is especially welcome.
You'll also benefit from 20% protected time for non-clinical development in alignment with our Trust's ACP framework.
