As a Pharmacist at North Devon District Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Clinical Pharmacy services across various wards. The role offers exposure to multiple specialties, supporting your core knowledge and skills development, and opportunities for professional growth, including clinical diploma and independent prescribing courses. Clear pathways are mapped out to support your experience and progression.
Newly Qualified Pharmacists will start at Band 6, providing a solid foundation in hospital pharmacy. We support funding for clinical diplomas and, after completing developmental gateways, you will progress to Band 7.

This position includes a Recruitment and Retention Premium of £2,000 (pro-rata for part-time) and an on-call premium of approximately £2,400, both paid over 12 months, subject to eligibility.
