The role covers conducting autonomous consultations, diagnosing and treating, and using independent prescribing. The post is full-time with a salary of £34-£54 per hour, based in Warren Street, Stoke-on-Trent.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher).
• Clinical skills qualification at degree level.
• Independent prescriber.
• Evidence of study in minor illness.
• Evidence of study in minor injury or paediatric minor illness/injury.

Responsibilities

• Assess health and clinical needs and perform autonomous consultations.
• Diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients using advanced clinical practice.
• Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff.
• Prescribe medicines when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
