Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced clinical practice knowledge and provide high-level care for IHSS patients with undifferentiated illness.
• Demonstrate self-direction and advanced assessment, collaboration, and professional leadership across IHSS.
• Provide clinical line management and contribute to development of advanced practice across the footprint.
• Offer clinical oversight to IHSS caseload and collaborate on projects with regional partners to maximise capacity.
• Work across extended hours and seven-day periods (excluding nights).
