Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for flexible sessional work across primary care and regional care centre services in Radlett. You will conduct autonomous assessments, manage varied clinical presentations, and support streamlined patient flow within local health services.

You will work in structured clinical environments with clear pathways, ensuring consistent support for advanced-level practice and safe prescribing when qualified.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
• Independent Prescribing desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or community health.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP service settings
• Assessing acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations
• Providing telephone and on-site triage during periods of high demand
• Prescribing and initiating treatment where qualified
• Completing routine clinical actions including results, reviews and referrals
• Documenting accurately in digital clinical systems
