Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in a GP practice in Rochdale, delivering autonomous clinical assessments and safe decisions within a supportive team.

You will handle urgent care, routine appointments and triage, with on‑the‑day demand supported by structured workflows and clear patient pathways.

Flexible ad-hoc or regular sessions with morning and afternoon clinics, long‑term or short‑term roles to suit availability.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner training at Level 7 completed.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.

Locum Ready is looking for a Locum ACP to work for a GP practice in Rochdale. This role offers structured, well-supported clinical sessions suited to an autonomous Advanced Clinical Practitioner who thrives in a primary care setting with clear workflows and steady patient demand.

Working alongside GPs, Nurses, and wider clinical staff, you will provide comprehensive assessments, deliver safe clinical decisions, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes. This position is ideal for ACPs who enjoy a mix of urgent care, routine appointments, and clinical triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments

Requirements
