Main duties of the job

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner who enjoys working at the top of their clinical competency and values education, support, and development within the workplace. Primary or community care experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Providing a safe resuscitation service
  • Reducing risks associated with psychotropic medication
  • Increasing access to national health screening programmes
  • Enhancing management of long-term conditions

This role can be demanding, working in a fast-paced environment, but for the right individual, it offers a rewarding opportunity within a friendly, family-oriented team.

Our facilities include a café, garden centre, charity shop, woodwork & ceramics workshops staffed by patients and service users, as well as gyms and swimming pools for patients and staff, all set within over 150 acres of beautiful woodland grounds.
