We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our client's leading medical group, working within their progressive urgent care service alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Position Details

• Type: Permanent, full-time (part-time hours available)
• Location: Yorkshire

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• First Level registered Nurse (NMC)
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant ANP courses (Level 6 or 7)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in urgent care, primary care, or hospital setting
• Ability to independently see and treat a variety of conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified)
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and urgent primary care, with onward referrals as needed
• Manage complex cases to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure appropriate patient care pathways
