Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a proactive Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Huntingdon. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, make safe clinical decisions and manage a mix of urgent care, routine appointments and triage, with strong emphasis on autonomy and good patient outcomes.

Working alongside GPs and the wider clinical team, you will provide same-day and scheduled appointments, prescribe where qualified, and maintain accurate records within clear workflows and steady

Qualifications

• ACP training at Level 7 or equivalent.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities
