Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner level 7 training.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities
