We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this position is 5 days over 7.

An opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist post with the Hospital Palliative Care Team in the Elizabeth University Hospital. This fast paced role will offer someone with significant palliative care experience, expert knowledge and post graduate education the opportunity to influence the palliative care of patients across this busy acute site and support ward teams in caring for people with palliative and end of life care needs.
