Job Description:

The position involves a 5-day over 7 shift pattern. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and qualified Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Hospital Palliative Care Team at Elizabeth University Hospital. This dynamic role offers the chance to influence palliative care practices across a busy acute hospital site and support ward teams in caring for patients with palliative and end-of-life needs.
