Job Opening: Process Engineer Apprenticeship at Kindeva

Kindeva, a global pharmaceutical contract developer and manufacturer (CDMO), specializes in combining life-enhancing drugs with advanced inhaler technology to deliver top-quality respiratory devices worldwide.

As a proud Contract Manufacturer, we are at the forefront of innovative manufacturing technologies, bringing lifesaving products to patients globally. Due to our significant growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Loughborough.

Role Overview:

We are hiring Process Engineers to join our Manufacturing Technology Group at our Loughborough facility. The role involves supporting manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations, with an opportunity to pursue a Level 4 Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship over three and a half years.

Note: The successful candidate will spend one day per week at an approved training provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance process capability, capacity, and reduce unit costs.
• Lead the introduction of new technologies and processes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques for continuous improvement.
• Develop and communicate detailed project plans, anticipating constraints.
• Lead validation activities, including protocol preparation and execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deviations and corrective actions.
• Gain expertise through experience, training, and external courses.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and other quality standards.
• Coordinate with other sites, functions, and customers.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and complete required actions promptly.

Skills & Experience:

• Five GCSEs grade C/4 or above, including Maths & English.
• Maths A Level grade C or above.
