This post covers aseptic services, pre-packing and quality control, with training toward Band 5 competencies and day‑to‑day responsibilities within the Production Unit to deliver safe, high‑quality pharmaceutical production.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dispensing processes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and COSHH regulations.
• Knowledge of specialised production technical practice.
• Knowledge of Good manufacturing Practice.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Further IT skills including ‘word’ and ‘Excel’ programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical competencies across relevant production areas.
• Work in accordance with SOPs, GMP requirements, quality standards and departmental procedures.
• Support the training and development of colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist with quality management, audits, investigations and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop greater responsibility for day-to-day operational activities within the Production Unit
