Job summary

Your World is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the UK. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans and prescribe medications, while providing patient education and ongoing care management.

You will monitor progress, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust plans as needed. The role requires NMC registration, UK experience, and the ability to work as part of a busy clinical team.

Qualifications

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you’ll conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans. You’ll also prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide patient education to promote health and prevent illness. You’ll be responsible for providing ongoing care management, monitoring patients' progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. You'll have a friendly, caring disposition, be highly organised, and able to effectively communicate with patients of all ages.
