Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team in Sefton, based in Bootle. The role focuses on safeguarding adults at risk, with a commitment to high professional standards and inter-agency collaboration.

• Participate in case reviews, strategy meetings, and safeguarding planning processes.
• Support adults to achieve positive outcomes while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
