Job summary

Blackpool Council is seeking social workers to support people to live well and safely in the community. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, person-centred decision making, and facilitating independence. Salary: NJC Grade H1/H2 SCP 27-35 £39,481 - £47,665 per annum

If people need some support, we start by understanding what a good life looks like for them, and how we can we work together to achieve it. This includes when people are at risk of abuse or neglect and need some support or advice in order to stay safe and protect themselves.

We’re looking for social workers to work alongside people to achieve all of this, whatever their age or stage of life.

You’ll be responsible for:
