Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join the Mental Health Services Team in Gloucestershire. The role offers a competitive locum rate of £38 per hour on an initial 3-month contract, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Completed ASYE year or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Adult Social Care.
• Knowledge of relevant social work legislation and theories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused S117 reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of individuals in a Mental Health setting.
• Support and empower people to regain control of their lives during crises.
• Use the Three Conversation approach to focus on people’s strengths and the community around them.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies and work within court environments as needed.
