A leading local authority is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join their First Contact Adult Social Care team. The role involves supervising social workers, managing assessments, and ensuring quality service delivery to support citizens effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker to work within the First Contact Adult Social Care and All Age Carers Team.
This key role will take responsibility for working across Older People, Physical and Learning Disabilities, Hospital Discharge referrals via Home First, and all age Carers assessments. We are seeking experienced Advanced Practitioners with a broad range of knowledge and skills across this agenda.

You must be flexible to work at various locations across the service and be available for out-of-hours, evening, and weekend work when required.
