A leading local authority in Stafford is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the First Contact Adult Social Care Team. This role involves supervising staff, managing cases across various adult services, and contributing to best practices. Ideal candidates will have management experience and a strong background in adult social care legislation.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker to work within the First Contact Adult Social Care and All Age Carers Team.
This key role will take responsibility for working across Older People, Physical and Learning Disabilities, Hospital Discharge referrals via Home First, and all age Carers assessments. We are seeking experienced Advanced Practitioners with a range of knowledge and skills across this broad agenda.
