Title: Locum Job Opportunity: Adult Team Leader - Unqualified Social Worker - Manchester, UK - Ongoing, Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of unqualified social care staff and social work assistants, ensuring high standards of practice.

• Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of adult service users with complex needs, including the elderly, those with physical or learning disabilities, and individuals with mental health conditions.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments, identify needs, and collaborate with service users to develop and review care plans. Ensure care plans are person-centred and reflect service users' goals.
• Support & Advocacy: Provide advice and support to service users and their families, advocating on their behalf to ensure their rights and needs are respected.
• Training & Development: Provide mentoring and training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career development.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, such as healthcare providers, housing teams, and legal representatives, to deliver comprehensive support for service users.
