DegreeSix is a Social Care recruitment agency seeking a Supported Living Support Worker dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people with disabilities, such as autism, mental health issues, and challenging behaviours.

As a Supported Living Support Worker, your responsibilities will vary depending on the service you work for. You should be empathetic and understanding of the trauma experienced by those in your care, which can sometimes manifest as challenging behaviours.

Requirements of the role

• You must be at least 18 years of age when working with adults
• A full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential
• At least 3 months of UK experience supporting people with disabilities
