Day Opportunities Support Worker

Location: Warford

Salary: £24,860.25 - £26.622.00

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (September Start)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to life skills and community outings.
• Empower independence – support daily living skills, personal care, and choice-making.
• Encourage social connections – help individuals build confidence and friendships.
• Promote inclusion – ensure everyone gets involved in ways that suit their abilities.
• Be a friendly face – providing warmth, encouragement, and a can-do attitude every day.
