Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Review Team in Tameside, Lancashire. This role is ongoing with flexible full-time or part-time hours and an attractive hourly rate of £46.00.

You will manage a caseload, conduct Care Act assessments, assemble Support Plans, and work with multidisciplinary teams to promote wellbeing and independence for adults living at home.
