Essential Experience and Knowledge:

• Background in Mental Health and Hospital Discharge
• Knowledge of SSWBA, MHA, MHAM, MCA

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Social Work
• SWE Registration
• Right to work within the UK

Must Have:

• A professional qualification in social work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS/Update service
• References covering the last 5 years of employment
