Adult Social Worker, Front Door Team, Staffordshire

Pay rate - £30 per hour

Contract role, Front Door Team

Pertemps is recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker in Staffordshire.

This role involves working in the Front Door Team in Stafford. The First Contact Service comprises three teams that engage with Staffordshire citizens through strengths-based, outcome-focused assessments via telephone and virtual technology. These assessments, compliant with the Care Act 2014, determine eligible needs while promoting assets and independence. The team develops care and support plans and collaborates with Brokerage to arrange services to meet residual social care needs.

The service also provides a single point of access for all-age carers, offering information, advice, and guidance. Carer assessments are conducted in person across the county.

Additionally, the service leads on Assistive Technology and the Quick Fix Fund, supporting residents across Staffordshire as needed.
