Pertemps is recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Front Door Team in Staffordshire. The role involves working in the First Contact Service, which engages with Staffordshire citizens through strengths-based, outcome-focused assessments via telephone and virtual technology. The assessments determine eligible needs under the Care Act 2014, promoting independence and developing care/support plans in collaboration with individuals. The service also provides a single point of access for all age carers, offering information, advice, and guidance, with assessments conducted in person across the county. Additionally, the service leads on Assistive Technology and supports residents through the Quick Fix Fund.
