Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited in Manchester is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join our Neighbourhood Team. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support to adults within the community.

You will collaborate with service users, families and health professionals to coordinate care, maintain records, and participate in supervision and professional development. A recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are required.

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Experience in adult social care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and risks.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans with service users and families.
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for individuals.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and best practices.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
