We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a proactive Social Worker for our North community Social Work team in the North of the County of Shropshire. The post involves assessing and arranging support for adults 18+ with a variety of needs, including Older Adults, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Physical Disabilities.

• Assess and arrange support for adults via internet, local hubs, and in people’s homes to promote independence.
• Support individuals aged 18+ with a range of needs including Older Adults, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Physical Disabilities.
• Maintain high pace and accuracy in casework, with strong IT use and record-keeping.
