Location: Newham (Hybrid)

Rate: £32.12 Per Hour

About the Role:

The London Borough of Newham Council is seeking a locum Social Worker to join their team. This role involves performing assessments, care planning, and case reviews for sheltered accommodation schemes. If you are passionate about community work and qualified, we would love to hear from you.

• Conducting Care Act assessments, especially for sheltered accommodation voids
• Carer’s assessments and reviews
• Completing scheduled reviews and safeguarding enquiries
• Presenting cases at panels, including joint funded panels
