Job Title: Adults Social Worker – Review

Location: Newham

Rate: £35 per hour

An exciting role has become available at the London Borough of Newham Council. They are looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join their Review team.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct strengths-based, person-centred assessments to identify needs and strengths of adults in the community.
• Deliver exceptional social care, promoting choice and control.
• Engage in outcomes-focused conversations, building on individual and community strengths.
• Review care plans regularly to meet evolving needs and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated care with health professionals, housing services, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.
