Un bureau juridique dynamique à Londres recherche un Avocat Adult Social Care en contrat locum pour une mission initiale de 3 mois. Ce poste offre la possibilité d'influencer positivement la communauté en conseillant sur divers enjeux juridiques liés aux soins sociaux. Les candidats doivent être des avocats qualifiés, spécialisés dans le droit des soins sociaux, avec de l'expérience dans le secteur public. Une présence au bureau est requise une fois par mois.

Qualifications

• Avocat qualifié avec expérience post-qualification en droit des soins sociaux.
• Expérience dans le secteur public ou les autorités locales.
• Capacité à représenter les clients externes.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur tous les aspects de la loi des soins sociaux.
• Préparer et déposer des affaires pour des audiences.
• Députiser pour des membres seniors de l'équipe juridique.

Are you a driven social care law specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with a positive and welcoming legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of a Adult Social Care Lawyer on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period.

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
• Specialism within Adult Social Care Law, with experience of practising post-qualification
• Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Advising on all matters of adult social care law, including court of protection
• Advising on areas of law such as the Mental Capacity Act, deputyship
• Attending and preparing for advocacy, advocacy is not a prerequisite for this role, but you can do if you like
• Representing the Borough and external clients as appropriate
• Deputise for senior members of the legal team as appropriate
