Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in the South East. This is to work in a Learning Disability / Transitions Team. The Transitions Team work with young people, their families, education, health and further networks to support the transition into Adult Social Care. This involves Care Act Assessments, just prior to 18th birthdays.

Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information.
