Job summary

Adult Social Care in London is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team. You will deliver high-quality support to adults with mental health issues within a multidisciplinary environment, developing personalised care plans and conducting Care Act assessments.

Applicants must hold a Social Work degree (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience; experience in mental health is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a mental health team is advantageous.
• Awareness of Care Act assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities
