I am looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST-QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in an adult's setting. Knowledge of key legislation is essential, as you will be working in accordance with it. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required. A valid Social Work England registration is mandatory. A full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

You will undertake safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act, adopting a person-centred, holistic approach. The team handles organisational abuse enquiries, and you will contribute to quality assurance within the safeguarding hub. Preventative measures are vital to reduce the risk of further harm or loss of independence for service users.
