Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Assessing referrals, delivering therapy, coordinating with psychology colleagues, and conducting medication reviews
• Formulating care plans, prescribing treatments, and guiding evidence-based practices
• Supporting patients and families, explaining diagnoses and options clearly
• Communicating with the multidisciplinary team for shared decision-making
• Leading or participating in multidisciplinary teams where appropriate
• Prioritizing patient needs and delegating tasks effectively
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
• Performing administrative tasks like record-keeping, prescriptions, and treatment monitoring
• Teaching and training junior staff and students

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

• MBChB or equivalent
• At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
