We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Sutherland Health and Social Care Integrated Team at Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie, working in the community providing care and support to patients in their own homes and other settings.

The ideal candidate must have an SVQ 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience in a community mental health setting. A full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential; a pool car may be available.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week in line with service requirements.
