Job summary

Reddit, Inc. in London seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Manager to drive Reddit Ads success across the region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers, agencies, and internal teams, leading complex investigations and translating technical feedback into product improvements.

The role requires deep mobile app advertising expertise, REST API experience, and the ability to influence product priorities. The position is hybrid, with 1–2 days in the London office per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad tech, or related customer-facing role.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems: campaign setup, delivery, measurement, reporting, troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in mobile app advertising, including SDKs, attribution flows, SKAN, and app campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integrations, API docs, and debugging authentication/permissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations across Ads Manager, campaigns, delivery, and reporting.
• Advise customers and partners, translating business goals into technical recommendations.
• Manage escalations end to end with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Apply structured technical analysis using logs, data, and test cases to isolate root causes.
• Influence product and engineering priorities with regional insights and actionable roadmap feedback.
• Support product quality and launches by testing advertiser workflows and risk assessment.
• Create scalable runbooks, docs, and tooling to reduce repeat investigations.
• Improve AI-assisted support workflows and ensure governance.
• Build structure in a growing function and represent EMEA Technical Solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical platform issues.
