Qualifications

• 3+ years in Content Moderation, Policy/Legal Operations, or Trust & Safety.
• Policy experience with tech sector and online safety issues.
• Experience scaling high volumes of content across verticals/countries.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with advertisers, legal, and sales teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
• English language proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
