North Yorkshire Council’s Adoption Service is looking for a social worker to join their Scarborough team.
We promote flexible working with the option to work remotely from home at times. While your base will be identified within a specific location, you may be required to work from other bases across the county.

We also welcome applicants considering relocation. Our adoption service is part of One Adoption North and Humber, a high-performing regional adoption agency.

Working in the adoption team is an exciting, challenging, unique, and rewarding role. It provides opportunities to undertake assessments of prospective adopters, deliver adoption support services, provide preparation training for prospective adoptive parents, and support the matching and placement of children.
