Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust in Bournemouth is recruiting a registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our new 8-bed CAMHS High Intensity Unit. You will assess and support young people and families, delivering care within the Thrive framework in a purpose-built environment.

The post is full-time 37.5 hours (with flexible part-time 22.5 hours) across a 24-hour service. We offer supervision, training, and generous relocation assistance up to £10,000 to support your move

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with CAMHS experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience with Thrive framework is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessments and therapeutic work with young people and families.
• Deliver care within the Thrive framework.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing during external activities and in unit-based care.
• Liaise with families, carers and multi-disciplinary teams to support recovery.
• Complete required training including Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression.
