Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Editor – Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Editor to join our team based in Eastleigh, York, or London.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused web experiences.

Aviva adopts a "smart-working" policy, allowing approximately half of the work to be done remotely. The position can be based in Eastleigh, York, or London.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage, build, and publish pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Deliver high-quality web experiences on public websites, primarily on aviva.co.uk
  • Support project initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide guidance on content, product, and accessibility standards
  • Train and support other AEM authors/publishers
  • Respond to risk and emergency events, including occasional out-of-hours support
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience with web production using advanced CMS systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with website information architecture and SEO (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders and creative teams
  • Stakeholder management abilities to handle multiple priorities
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams
