Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital marketing transformations for customers and partners, focusing on Adobe Marketing and Commerce solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation through closing across UK&I and beyond.

The role requires strong PM experience with digital marketing, familiarity with AEM and AEP, and the ability to coordinate cross-geography teams in a largely remote, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry.
• Demonstrated project management experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions.
• Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce.
• Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects.
• Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
• Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM.
• Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones; fluent in English.

• Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions
• Work with other teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experience

The Challenge

The Project Manager will work directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.

The role covers the UK&I, Middle East and Africa and is primarily UK based.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)
• Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
• Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce
• Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
• Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
• Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
• Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.

Education

Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry.
