We’re partnering with a forward-thinking, high-achieving education provider that’s on the lookout for a strategic and people-focused Admissions Manager to lead a pivotal department at the heart of their student journey. As Admissions Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop the admissions team, driving a high-performing, responsive function
• Manage the full application lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment for Year 7–Sixth Form
• Build great relationships with prospective families, local schools, and education partners
• Own key events like open days, school tours, and student recruitment fairs
• Collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns to grow visibility and engagement
• Ensure student records are accurate across systems and support UKVI compliance
• Monitor and report on application numbers, conversion rates, and progress to targets
• Work closely with the leadership team to shape and improve admissions strategy

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Experience managing or coordinating admissions (or a similar customer-led process)
• Comfortable juggling priorities and hitting deadlines under pressure
• Someone proactive, well-organised, and happy leading from the front
• A team player who loves working in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of UKVI/visa processes or school MIS like iSAMS is a bonus
