A leading healthcare organization is looking for a dedicated individual to manage specialty waiting lists and provide excellent administrative support. The position requires both independent and team work to ensure patient-focused service. Candidates will transition to a Band 4 position after one year upon meeting competencies.
Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for the efficient management of the allocated specialty waiting list and maintaining government targets in accordance with the Patient Access Policy.
The post holder will at times be required to work unsupervised and on their own initiative, as well as working as part of the team with clinical, management and administration colleagues to deliver the highest standards of administrative support possible to help deliver a patient first service.
