Job summary

Stonar School is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join the busy Marketing & Admissions team. You will work closely with the Admissions Manager and Directors to guide prospective families through the admissions journey, building positive relationships and ensuring they are kept informed at every stage.

The role is full time, based on site at Melksham, Wiltshire, with the opportunity to support the wider team across a range of activities.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in school admissions or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective families and agents through the admissions journey.
• Build positive relationships and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
